Forklift Operator Wanted for Terminal Operations in Gothenburg

Do you have experience driving forklifts? Are you punctual, organized, and flexible? Then we have the job for you!

We are currently seeking experienced forklift operators for a terminal operation in Gothenburg. We are looking for someone with previous experience driving heavy counterbalance forklifts (over 15 tons) or container forklifts (C3A) who is eager for a new challenge.

About the Position

You will primarily be responsible for driving, unloading, and loading freight containers on the premises. Your tasks may also include cleaning and preparing containers for repair and maintenance. It is a significant advantage if you are computer literate, as much of the information and instructions will come via terminals. As a person, you are punctual, tidy, and willing to work. You are good at working independently and taking initiative.

The job is scheduled during the day from 06:00 to 16:00 or 07:00 to 18:00, with shorter working hours on Fridays. The start of the assignment is immediate.

Selection is ongoing, so the position may be filled before the application period has expired.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Handling, moving, and driving freight containers within the terminal area
• Using terminal systems to receive instructions and information
• Participating in simpler tasks such as internal cleaning of containers

Who Are You?

Requirements for the Position:

• Forklift license C3A or equivalent qualification for counterbalance forklifts over 15 tons (required)
• Computer literacy
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of English
